[Network Uptime Service Level Agreement – For all Services] Geeksvillage guarantees 100% network uptime, ensuring that all major routing devices within our network remain reachable from the global internet 100% of the time.

[Network SLA Exclusions] Certain situations beyond our control are excluded from this SLA, including scheduled network maintenance, hardware maintenance, software maintenance, malicious attacks, legal actions, and cPanel issues.

If Geeksvillage does not meet the SLA, dedicated hosting clients become eligible to request compensation for downtime reported by service monitoring logs. The customer will receive a credit for the number of seconds/minutes/hours of the downtime. This is done if Geeksvillage is directly responsible for causing the downtime. All compensation requests must be received within 5 business days of the incident. We do not offer such compensation for shared server.

[Response Time SLA’s - For all Services] Geeksvillage's fully-managed and core-managed customers benefit from initial response time guarantees for help desk, phone, and LiveChat support. We offer 59 seconds initial response for live chat and 45 minutes initial response for tickets. This guarantee might be affected by weekends, work week and public holidays.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us, along with our officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any and all Losses arising from or in connection with:

(a) Your violation of this Agreement or any applicable law;

(b) Any claims related to withholding or other taxes that may arise or be imposed due to this Agreement or its performance;

(c) Your negligence, willful acts, or omissions;

(d) Claims by a third party arising from or related to your use or misuse of any Service;

(e) Claims relating to any information you provide or make available in connection with the Services.

By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge and accept the responsibility to cover any Losses incurred under these circumstances.

[Your Order Cancellation Rights] You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days with concrete reasons for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the order or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the services delivered. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by: email (support@geeksvillage.com) and support ticket. We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we cancel the order. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and you may incur fees for such reimbursement. In some cases that the customer is known to us, we may use another means of payment to issue the refund and it will cost the customer transaction fees and tax if it was applied. If a return is issued for a product or service that has started reading in the case of subscription, the days you have made used of the services will be deducted plus the tax and transaction fee; the rest credited to you via your wallet.

If the company cancels the order, the manner in which it was cancelled will determine if you will get a refund or not. For orders cancelled because of FRAUD or suspicion of FRAUD, such orders will not be refunded.

If the order was cancelled because the company do not wish to continue with the transaction, a reimbursement will be issued after 30 days from the date the customer sent their account details.
